This Paper introduces a VR experiencing system with two different types of hemi-spherical immersive projection display, which provides immersive life-size/stereoscopic virtual world. At first we developed a large-scale visual display for several users to experience VR at the same time. Considering potential use of a low cost large-scale visualization system, we then have been developing a PC-based system. This paper focuses on the system's configuration, distortion correction techniques for mapping graphics on to the spherical screen, and an evaluation of real-scale estimation of the system.
