The Joint World Conference on Social Work, Education and Social Development 2016, Jun 29, 2016, International Association of Schools of Social Work, International Council on Social Welfare, and International Federation of Social Workers; and hosted locally by the Irish Association of Social Workers (IASW),Recently, teachers tend to feel difficulties in the social work exercise/practice class due to the increased number of students who need individual consideration and attention. Therefore, it was analyzed several individual cases of difficult situations experienced by teachers in the class. In conclusion, the teachers are expected to determine the students with communication challenges very carefully for educating as a social worker. This study and efforts in the class is in its infancy and, further investigation is still needed in.

The key term is "keeping the unsureness" which means to be open-mined about clients.
