Summary

クロスボーダーM&AでFAとして実務経験の長いゲストスピーカーに、学部学生にもわかるようにFAのM&Aにおける役割を説明してもらう。
学生の身近なアルバイト先や、好きな洋服のブランドなどを例にして学生と質疑応答を通じて理解を深めた。
授業後に参加学生全員から感想を提出してもらった。有意義に感じた学生や、親の勤務先が買収にあった経験などからレクチャーをとても貴重な経験と感じていた。
