Studies in Health Technology and Informatics, Dec 15, 2021The objective of this study was to clarify gaze information patterns of nurses gathering patient information using electronic health records. We recorded the electronic health record screen on which nurses’ gazes were presented using an eye tracker and analyzed the recorded images. The analysis revealed two types of gaze information patterns of nurses engaged in patient information gathering. However, no regularity was observed in the gaze information patterns of the nurses viewing the electronic health record sections after selecting a patient.

日本医療情報学会看護学術大会論文集, 21回 75-76, Jun, 2020電子カルテシステム導入済の400床未満の病院に勤務する看護師を対象に、電子模擬カルテシステムを活用した看護情報の二次利用に関する研修を実施し、受講者へアンケート調査を行った。その結果、全ての項目にて受講後に研修内容の理解度が上昇し、研修前と比較して有意な差を認めた。(著者抄録)
