type:Article 学校が遭遇する生徒の死亡事案に対する外部からの緊急支援チームの活動は、学校の機能回復に至るまで多くの課題を解決しなければならない。特にその死が生徒の自殺によるものであった場合は、その原因や状況によって対応は他の事案にも増し、繊細で慎重な対応が求められる。当該学校への緊急支援チームは遺族の心情把握と理解を基本とし、学校長や教員らにケアプランを提供していかなければならない。本論は、生徒が自殺した架空事例を提供し、遺族の深い悲嘆や複雑な心情を理解するために支援チームが、具体的にどのようなサポートするかを示した。管理職や担任の遺族対応、さらに教職員への心理教育、他の生徒への心理的ケアのあり方を示した。具体的に起こりうることを幅広く想定し、緊急支援の方法が多岐に渡り柔軟さが増すことに重点を置き、緊急支援チームのメンバー育成のためにも知識と経験の継承をすることの重要性を指摘した。 The external emergency support team, which manages student deaths in schools, involves the team members' overcoming many challenges to ensure that the school community regains its normal function. In the case of student suicide, sensitive and prudent care is required more than in other cases, depending on the cause and circumstances of the suicide. The emergency support team tending to the school must understand the feelings of the bereaved family, and provide a care plan to the school principal and faculties. Using a hypothetical case study of student suicide, this article examines the kind of support the emergency support team provides for the school to understand the deep grief and complex emotions of the bereaved. Specifically, the article discusses the following points: the ways in which the school management and teachers should deal with the bereaved, the approaches used by the emergency support team in the psycho-education programs, and the methods involved in caring for other students following peer suicide. It also discusses the methodologies of the emergency support team that is required to be flexible assuming a wide range of different circumstances occurring usually in real life cases. Finally, the article discusses the importance of sharing knowledge and experience to develop the skills of emergency support team members.
