This paper presents a model of the correlation between employees’ intrinsic motivation and organizational creativity resulting from dialogue within companies. In recent years, the importance of creativity has been growing in various fields within organizations, such as marketing, product development, and organizational development. This paper proposes factors and a model for achieving organizational creativity based on the intrinsic motivation of individuals, rather than relying solely on a single innovator. Based on interviews with intrapreneurs, the middle management who support them, new business developers, and entrepreneurs, this paper reveals that key factors include ensuring psychological safety to facilitate personal transformation, the effectiveness of dialogue among team members, and the adaptation to and reinforcement of the organizational context through dialogue.
